Recipe:
Bacon and Cheese Waffles
2 eggs
1 2/3 cups milk, 1% or skim
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 tablespoon melted butter
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, then add bacon & cheese. Bake in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown. Serves 4-6.
